1. Non-Perishable Items:
Once we receive and inspect the returned non-perishable item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Perishable Items:
In the case of damaged or substandard perishable items, we may offer a refund or replacement after reviewing the case. Refunds for perishable items will be issued at our discretion and may require photo evidence of the issue. The refund process will be initiated within 2 business days using the original payment method.
3. Café Purchases:
For purchases made at our café location, we are always able to offer returns or refunds for items consumed on-site. If you encounter any issues with the quality of your café purchase, please bring it to the attention of our café staff immediately so we can address the concern promptly.
