Following is our return policy.
1. Non-Perishable Items:
if you are not completely satisfied with a non-perishable item that you have purchased from our online baking shop, you may return it within 1 day of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at +92 3 111 146 636 with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions for sending the item back. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.
2. Perishable Items:
Due to the nature of our freshly baked goods and café offerings, we are unable to accept returns on perishable items. However, if you receive a perishable item that is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at +92 3 111 146 636 with a photo and description of the issue. We will review the case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.
